Received a considerate and comfortable service with doctor giving as much time as is needed. Was left with a feeling of being important and valued.

This surgery has been excellent, and I highly recommend it. However, one member of the admin team can be quite intimidating, and due to administrative errors, I was made to feel at fault. Considering the practice is accepting new patients and we’re only 15 minutes away as a family with a newborn, I would have expected more support rather than being told to find a GP in our local area, after bringing the baby in unwell on an emergency appointment. The initial conversation felt confrontational instead of offering help or allowing us to stay until a suitable alternative was found. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The pharmacy staff were rude and patronising. Please give them training on how to do deal with deaf patients respectfully.

I want to express my thanks and gratitude to the GP I saw this week . It’s the second time I had had an appointment with him regarding the same issue. It makes so much difference to how you feel as a patient knowing the GP has taken time (which I know they have precious little of), to read your notes before you enter the consultation room . It meant not having to repeat everything, and made me feel valued and that he had genuine concern . His communication skills were excellent, and he had a compassionate, empathic manner . The GP was also very thorough and had sent a letter to a hospital consultant about a prescription I had recently been given . Thank you !

I had to go here for almost daily dressings for a post op wound between July and December 2023. The whole team here were terrific. Receptionists were helpful booking out of hours services and the nursing team as a whole were extremely friendly, professional and also courteous. They all work extremely hard and yet keep a positive upbeat mood for patients. I'm extremely pleased to have these as my chosen GP practice and would hope that the team get this feedback. They deserve acknowledgement for the hard work they put in. Thankyou ladies at the East Bridgford nursing team.
