I came in on 19th February with a slight stomach pain, saw Dr who was I believe in training what a brilliant doctor told me to go too A&E immediately as it could be sepsis, it wasn’t thankfully because as I was told another 24 hours and it would had been dangerous

Lovely friendly receptionist who helped me to change my appointment with a physiotherapist. Very helpful giving advise on where to fill in on e consult form for preferred appointment slots in future. Thankyou

I find the receptionists very helpful while doing a difficult job. The call back system is a good idea. I saw one of the senior nurses who was able to diagnose and prescribe following a thorough examination and explanation of the condition.

I find this surgery has drop in standard . Some staff are rude . And you can not even get appointment when you are ill . Ringing is a nightmare .so I just put up with how ill I can get . It no longer a family doctor senting letter to see if live where say you do . Plus ask for your medical record you have fill a form in .then they don't read if you want paper copy ,or sent to your email which I ask for was paper copy very let down . Let down I been at this surgery for 39 year

We were sorry to read your review and sorry that you feel some staff are rude. We would always ask patients to raise concerns directly with a manager at the time so that we can look into any issues. It is true that we are busier than ever and staff are working even harder to manage the demand but that would never excuse rudeness from staff. At times when we are particularly busy our new phone system does allow you to request a call back from the surgery. We only ever write to patients querying their address when we become aware from another provider that another address has been given by the patient that does not match their registered address. With access to medical records we ask patients to complete a form so that we are clear on what part of the record they are requesting and to provide patients with necessary legal information. We would offer our apologies for not checking that you had requested these in paper form.

understanding, caring, feeling you have been listened to. professional in every way. Reception staff fantastic and such a clean surgery. The best surgery in Thanet. I feel safe knowing I am with such a caring practice.
