Friendly and professional service, help and advice,it is quite clear from my point of view that the nurse's regard patient's welfare, before a pay cheque, which is not the case with some Doctors,

I see the nurses at kelloe 4 days a week, the receptionists and the nurses are all very friendly, the nurses are good listener's if you have a worry, will discuss any problems you may have and are just an all round great team.

Very caring staff, I was poorly when there with out an appointment. Nothing was a problem they took care of me and made sure I was in good hand. Its the most care Dr's practice that I have ever been cared by and I am eneternally grateful. Thanks again

I have been with this medical practice since birth and never once had a bad experience, from the receptionists, to the telephone call with a clinician to nurse to get tests done. Then prompt text message with my results over the weekend, explaining what is the problem and the plan of action is. Ready for myself to make further arrangements around my work and there’s for a follow up.
