Review titled Lovely Nurse
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Amanda - Posted on 21 July 2024
My experience at the doctors surgery on the 18th of November 2024 was outstanding. I went to have my blood pressure checked buy an amazing nurse who was extremely friendly. I was telling her about my health issues and she was so understanding that she told me I looked wonderful which made my day. I was able to open up to her which I've never done with any other nurses at East End Medical Centre. She gave me some great advice on some of my health issues that am suffering with. I hope I get to see her again because she had such a beautiful soul.

Dear Mr Momin, Thank you for your feedback, as we had said in your message that the pharmacy team will usually call you within two hours, but sometimes it is not possible to meet this timeline. You had submitted your request at 8:56am and the pharmacist called you at 11:24 am, so it was just a few minutes over two hours that the pharmacist responded to your query. I hope I have answered your question, if you would like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to call the practice and ask to speak to me. Kind regards, Heena Shaikh Practice Manager

Review titled Some locum GP are quick to prescribe medication
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 21 March 2023
I have a 2yr old. Who had reoccurring rashes and instead of the GP helping me look into the cause of the rashes . She like yeah yeah I will prescribe a cream. Usually they are the trained eye and will have some idea or suggestions on how to sort the problem instead of just masking it with creams etc. It keeps reoccurring so they is a trigger either internal or external. They have to take time to listen and help patients get to the root cause of certain issues. Not everything requires medication esp with children.
