I was called and given an update on the progress of my referral request which is being dealt with very swiftly .The process was explained very clearly. The conversation was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I am very impressed with the level of service, caring and efficiency of this GP practice. I would definitely recommend this surgery.

My experience with elmc was very good. Doc explained very clearly, for me ,what I needed to understand. Doc was very nice 👌

Having raised my issue with my gp I was referred to a urologist at that appointment. I saw the urologist within a week and appointments for scans were arranged at that appointment. Following my scans I had a telephone appointment arranged with a doctor who brought me up to date with my condition and medication was prescribed. I felt reassured with each transaction I had with each professional.

Recent symptoms cause for concern, GP spent time explaining Revised medication and arranged appropriate tests etc. Was friendly, helpful and made me feel reassured and looked after. Everything was explained, not rushed in any way and made sure I was okay and fully aware of what was going on/needed.

Since having an xray I have been given swift advice and have been provided with further assistance. My xray showed more than one problem and I have received swift advice regarding medication and treatment. I had a scan on Tuesday and received feedback straight away. I will be receiving new medication tomorrow and hope to shortly have appointments for further investigation.

A very thorough and helpful consultation with the General Practitioner and tests with the nurse. Informative, compassionate, and professional. One of the best GP appointments that I have had. Thank-you.

I am a diabetic and have regular reviews for my medications and health in general. I can't fault the service I have been provided with. I have been with this Practice for many years and in general, I cannot fault the service provided so thank you.

I just want to say I have now been in contact with a fantastic clinician and a lovely receptionist. My faith in general practice is now on the road to being restored. So thank you to these 2 for what you do. My first experience in a very long time of not only kindness, but sense.
