The team at East Parade were knowledgeable, clear and helpful not only on this occasion but whenever I have needed their help. The service provided is excellent especially given current pressure on the service. Thank you for everything you do!

I have nothing but praise for this practice. Always there for me and have always received great care and advice. All the doctors there are nothing short of miracle workers. Keep doing what you’re doing.

The Locum doctor I saw provided a quite outstanding level of listening and understanding and action. Receptionist helpful also.

I have always genuinely had such an amazing experience with this practice, from the reception staff to the doctors and nurses I always feel supported and listened too which is extremely reassuring during times of worry and confusion. I really appreciate how lovely everyone is at this practice and for treating me like a human being despite being busy, thank you so much!!!

2 weeks ago I suffered from gastroenteritis and contacted the surgery after 4 days of illness having lost a stone in weight. The response was immediate as well as caring and I was booked in for a blood test the results of which were received on the same day with clear advice. I cannot comment the Practice enough for showing concern and real Professionalism. I have been with the Practice for many years and have always received a friendly and focused response.
