Having contacted this surgery on numerous occasions occasions. I can say while the GPs are good. The office manager attitude and communication is unprofessional, egotistical, condescending, frequently lacks logic, facts and common. Today call I while questioning delay in contact post a key result provided a response which contradicted information provided by other health care professional with access to the same information.

Review titled Amazing Senior Partner GP

The senior partner GP is an outstanding GP, he used his practical amd medical knowledge to treat my condition that could have been life threatening without hesitation. He was very passionate and understanding towards my needs with a very sensative matter. The doctor liased with other NHS service providers and pled his case to get me seen urgently, this later proved to literally be a life saver for me, as my diagnosis, if left untreated could have been fatal. I am very grateful I got to see the senior partner GP and he provided me with an exceptional service, we need more doctors like him! Someone who will go out of his way to make sure you receive the treatment you deserve and need. I have come across a few GP's who are like this at my practice, and I appreciate them alot. Thank you
