10 days trying to get through to be told at 8 10am no appointments try again tomorrow or take yourself to a walk in clinic,if only !!!!

Once again I have had really good service from this practice. There was a delay on my prescription meaning I was due to run out. The prescription clerk was friendly, helpful and explained how she would try resolve the problem. She then arranged to have the prescription reviewed and it was ready for me to collect from the pharmacy on my way home from work. A problem quickly and kindly resolved.

I left a report of my blood pressure readings for 7 days as requested by the doctor who also told me to make an appointment at the same time but the receptionist said I could not make an appointment until 7 days had passed to give the doctor time to read the report, it consisted of 14 lines with blood pressure readings, if it takes the doctor 7 days to read this short list there is something seriously wrong with this practice
