i had an x ray two weeks ago and i am told to wait 3 weeks for a phone call to tell me the results. I have just had cancer treatment along with a hernia which cannot be treated for 3 to six months therefore it is massively important that this surgery gives me hope that at least you can give my what is wrong with may back the wait of all these medical problems does not give a patient any sort of hope in trying to get better.

Well, the only thing that stood out was that, there was a prescription at the end of the day but sincerely speaking there's need for improvement in the way patients are being attended to. Nobody wish to be sick or suffer from one ailment or another but when there's such there should be urgent and quick approach to everything.

The surgery does have a urgent triage list every day, which opens at 8am and is work through by our duty team. Depending on the medical issue will depend on what appointment is offered. This could be a urgent or routine, telephone or face to face, an appointment with a outside service such as MSK and can be booked with either a doctor or one of our clinicians. Being given all the necessary information on my Asthma symptoms and reason why I needed a change of medication. Very helpful, polite and professional and thoroughly checked my past history and records before changing my medication. Once again many thanks East Shore.

I’m very disappointed that I’ve got a liaison on my back and l was told to go private because they don’t do it and she said l could have cream to put on to stop inching no l can’t have that x

The staff couldn't find us on the system, or our appointment. The doctor ignored my father and said he was fine. He was hospitalised the next day with something that they should have been able to spot.

I was sent a link to send in a blood pressure result which I did. I heard nothing back and when I checked on SystmOnline which was 5 days later about a prescription I requested there was a form on there from the day after my BP result was put in asking me to do BP testing for a week as it was high. Nobody informed me of this. The service from the surgery has really gone down hill.
