    From reception staff to nurse, nurse practitioner, Doctor on both personal treatment and contact information. Total professionalism , caring and attentive throughout. I feel totally cared for by this practice in the last three years that I have been registered there. Thank you to all of the staff there for looking after me

    Was caught out with medications and these were vital. A doctor was kind enough to help me out when I was stuck in Heathrow airport without them. Thank you again

    My wife rang yesterday eve re my daughter serious back problems to see a doctor was told should have rang earlier before 5 she was not that bad then to ring.then she said couldn't do anything as closing in 29 min you couldn't make this up.its not a shop.a garage God sake it's a doctor's I think

    I have tried twice over the past 5 months to get an appointment for two different complaints. I tried calling and online. When I called I was told I couldn’t make an advance appointment, I had to call at 8am. I was away from home at the time so couldn’t attend a same day appointment. Today I managed to speak to a receptionist after being in a queue for 35 minutes and was told I couldn’t make an appointment - I’d have to use the online system. When I tried at 10:45am, it was already closed due to too many appointments. What do I have to do to get to see someone at this abysmal practice?

    After several recent appointments for myself and my new baby, I'd be quick to recommend Eastham Group Practice. The GPs, nurse practitioners and reception staff that I have dealt with have all been friendly and helpful. I feel that myself and my child have had a really high level of care at this practice and I trust in these professionals going forward. It's often quite difficult getting through on the phone at 8am but that is my only qualm and you can often use the online service too which is a helpful alternative for some types of issue!

    The doctors are good, the difficulty seems to arise in getting through the appointment system. The telephone system often seems to be broken, with faults in the looped messages, many times when you phone the message says "the queue is full please phone back later", this can be at 8am or in fact any time in the day. I have often been on hold for 45 minutes plus and many people now seem to have resorted to queuing outside at 8am to get an appointment. It is pleasing that you are now able to see someone face to face if you request to and the doctors I have seen have been thorough but the appointment system just isn't working.

    I did an e-consult which was very easy and subsequently had a face to face appointment within a week. GP listened to me and gave the advice and reassurance I needed. Excellent consultation. Friendly staff who work really hard

    I contacted the practice needing help and support for my elderly parents. The reception staff were kind and helpful, they told me about the variety of different services that were available to me. I was booked in to see one of the wellbeing practitioners who provided me with social support for my parents and carers support for me. I was unwell during my visit and the staff kindly make sure I was assessed before I left. The GP and ANP were thorough, understanding and gave me a lot of time. I'm very grateful for their service.
