   When phoning the surgery, At the start of the call I was 2nd in the queue, 1st in the queue, Still no answer after 40 minutes of waiting, I have screen shots of the waiting times on hold.I started the call at 11.11am on the 21/02/2025, Still no answer at 12.27pm.

   Dear patient, we are so sorry you had to wait so long. We have checked the times you called on our phone system and the average wait was 3 minutes 4 seconds.
