I cannot fault my visit to this practice today, from the receptionist to the ANP to the nurse. Had interaction with all 3 today and was treat with kindness, respect and knowledge. Nothing is too much for these girls. Well done East Durham Wheatley Hill

I was told I couldn’t have a repeat prescription without a review I rang and booked a telephone consultation which was to be the following day at 15.50 I looked at the app at 15.00 and discovered it said 2 missed calls failed I discovered the doctor had called once at 11.21 I rang the surgery and got a phone call booked for 18.05 it is now 19.25 and still no call. I have acute pain and no transport!!!
