Always helpful and professional nothing to much trouble reception staff experienced and polite, phones answered and any requests dealt with as soon as possible mostly on the day or resolved in couple of days, as I said everything spot on.

Compassion and caring, relaxing and easy to talk to the medical staff. Explaining everything and putting me at ease. Rang back when they said they would. Will say again compassionate.

My experience at Egremont Medical Practice was entirely positive. I got an appointment within 24 hours, and my issue was dealt with in a helpful and professional manner. 10/10 For service!

Doctor listened to my issues at my appointment, and offered me understandable, realistic, constructive options for a treatment plan. And the option to change my mind if I felt my first choice wasn't working for me after a few weeks

I am hew to this surgery, I have followed Dr from the Woodchurch medical centre as he is a fantastic doctor. My daughter, granddaughters and myself have an excellent history with Dr he is friendly, approachable, a great listener and a very thorough Doctor. The girls on reception are helpful and friendly.

Have had a GP appt and blood taken both the GP and the nurse were great Didn’t feel rushed and the GP took the time to listen and examine properly

Needed a linking code and then some help getting past records viewed on my NHS/GP app... the receptionists sorted this straight away, and also replied to email afterwards to gain access.. theydid this promptly and I was able to then view what I was after. Thank you xc

I have seen the same medical professional twice now and again she was friendly, courteous and explained her choice of treatment fully. A real joy to see.

I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, who made sure that I had checked in. I was called in to see the nurse almost immediately, actually 10 minutes before the appointed time. She was pleasant, friendly and extremely efficient. Although this was a familiar procedure for me, we still discussed it. I was actually out of the room at the time that the appointment should have started. I have no reservations in praising the treatment I have received on this and other occasions.
