l was seen by both the diabetic nurse and the GP, l found them both to be amazing, they listened and explained everything.

I rang the GP practice at 1:30Pm yesterday as my medication was due yesterday and it hadn't been sent over to the chemist so i rang the doctors about it and they said they had sent it over for the doctor to sign so i rang back at 5:30 and it still hasn't been signed and sent over i had to go all day without my morning medication and also my night meds which are more important to me and i just rang at 8:30am on the 21st feb and they still havent been signed so that's another morning without my medication the doctors is an absolute joke and going down hill obviously they don't care about there patient's i think its absolutely disgusting how I've been treated and its a doctor who is signing them that i don't get on with and it feels like she doesn't want to give me them

Worried about a problem. Given an appointment with senior nurse next day. Everything explained to me and given information on how to deal with it. Very friendly approach throughout. Made me feel so much better.

Very clean, good facilities and doctors are very responsive to my diabetes and ensure I get the best medication to treat my symptoms.

I’ve had nothing but a willingness and genuine concern from everyone in the surgery to sort out my problems and keep me alive and having fun.

Moved here from nearby practice. Really good staff and Doctor was caring. I also like the way the look after you and call you for regular check ups on their own. Very good service.

I have been with this surgery for many years but I giving serious consideration to looking for another GP. Since this new firm took over - and since COVID - it is virtually impossible to get an appointment to see a GP. Even a phone consultation at some distant day in the future is a bonus. I am seriously diabetic and I am stage 3 COPD - and yet I haven't been seen by a doctor for at least 3 or 4 years. Furthermore for about the last 6 months every prescription has been messed up. Always some item (or even two or three items) are missed. By time I've collected my scripts from the pharmacy at least a week has passed - and so for the following couple of weeks I'm rationing my meds because they won't issue a new prescription until nearly 4 weeks after the latest prescription was issued. I have 2 insulin injections a day, two inhalers and I take 37 tablets. I frequently don't have meds to last me from one prescription to the next. I would be very wary about joining this surgery - it's not for someone of a nervous disposition. Your life will never be the same again - and not in a good way!!

Every time I ring my GP, I am either on hold to be told there are no appointments left or not answered at all with the phone down. I’ve never met ruder staff. The tone of voice used on the phone doesn’t sound helpful, they sound like they don’t want to help. Every time the last 5 times I’ve needed medical help I’ve had to ring up atleast 3 mornings on the run just to get a telephone appointment. The reception staff are very lazy and unbothered. I am currently looking for a new doctors to join as this place does not care about anyones needs to see someone about their health.

You can't get appointments, ever, even getting a phone consultation I was told was a weeks wait. Econsult same response time. Couldn't even get an appointment for a 1 yr old who's been sick for a month! Daughter waited a week for a phone consult and a further week for bloods. It's ridiculous how long you have to wait to be seen or even called and there are no pre bookable appointments, you can only call in the morning and wait for ever on hold just to be told there are none. Every prescription I've had for the last year has been messed up in some way. Since the new company took over is has been appalling.
