I recently joined this practice and within two working days they had already set up online access for me and read all previous notes from my last GP. It is amazing here

Hi I wanted to say thank you to the those helped me earlier today. I was convinced that I had booked an appointment for today for a blood test. I phoned the surgery to confirm the time and discovered there was no appointment. I must have sounded very confused on the phone but your staff managed to arrange an appointment for just before 1 pm. I got my blood test and as usual the person carrying out the test was both patient and helpful So I would like to express my thanks to those concerned and will try to be more organised in future ☺

The staff here are always so lovely and kind, from reception to the doctors. They have a wonderful online service and they get back to you promptly - no waiting for hours on the phone to get an appointment!

I recently had to see an out of hours GP. Staff at the surgery contacted me, referred me for other tests, investigations etc as soon as the Practice reopened and followed up on the issue. They explained why additional investigations were required and patiently listened and answered all my questions. Without exception, the Doctors, Nurses, other healthcare staff and receptionists were always kind and considerate and took into account my needs and those of my family. I am very grateful and would highly recommend the GP Practice, Elborough Street Surgery in Southfields London.

I was simply bowled over with the efficiency of how I was dealt with - just brilliant. Using the online form and a quick chat with the most fantastic family GP.All done and sorted in what seemed like minutes. Bonus was- prescription was also done in a flash
