I needed an appointment on the day I phoned and I was able to see a Doctor on that day. The Doctor was thorough and very helpful in enabling me to get my prescription straight away.

Nurse was efficient friendly and a pleasure to to have taken my blood always friendly the nurses makes it more pleasant

Phoned in the morning and appointment in the afternoon. And again doctor gave a early repeat prescription pre dated very helpful

Seems impossible to get an appointment if you work. You can only book an appointment when they open at 8. By 1 minute past 8 they close appointments as they say they are full. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment they will call you to discuss this. But again if you work you miss out. Can’t get through to anyone by call or online. It’s practises like this which make people go A &E for non emergency’s as they simply can’t get through to drs

The reception staff are well trained and are there to help you not push you away. The doctor was extremely thorough with his examination and made me feel reassured that he was taking care to diagnose the problem.

The receptionist was extremely helpful in enabling me to see the nurse for an injection, as was the nurse who sorted out the repeat prescription for it. I could not have asked for a better more friendly experience, thank you.

My daughter who is only 16, has been suffering with severe pain in her back and down her spine for a few years and yesterday, the lady doctor we saw gave her the most thorough examination, really took her time and we finally got a diagnosis! She was fantastic and cannot thank her enough.

Staff, doctors and nurses are always polite and patient. I’ve recently visited the nurse for blood test. Very friendly and talk to me about what they are going to do. Within 2 days I got a call from the nurse with results. Great surgery, I appreciate everything you do for me.

Blood test was done on time with a smile which was good. I still have a gripe about my hormone implant that should be done every twelve weeks with the NHS app with regards mick slevin

My 5 year old grandson had a thorough examination by the friendly doctor who made him feel at ease and he was treated with care at all times
