I sent a summary of my symptoms to the surgery via the online system. Later that day I was sent a link from a GP, via text, asking me to use the link to make a face to face appointment with a DR. which took only a few minutes. The whole process was extremely straightforward and efficient.

I have had an extremely helpful asthma review with the asthma nurse today. It's rare that a doctors surgery will have an asthma nurse yet it is vital as asthma is one of the biggest killers. The appointment I had today was brilliant. It wasn't rushed at all, I was listened to and I had some excellent advice to manage my asthma. Elgar House has really stepped up over the last few months!

I don’t often write reviews but I have had my second appointment with the same doctor in the last few months and from the bottom of my heart I am so thankful. You are caring, understanding and definitely push for the right thing. As a parent who has additional needs you listen to me and help eliminate medical issues. Thank you so much for all you do and all your hard work!

I saw the nurse for a blood test, she was on time and very pleasant so overall it was a great experience

Received a text for a vaccination, booked the appointment. Appointment was on time . The nurse was very friendly and explained what she was doing, only took 5 minutes.

I had a blood sample taken, and it was skilfully taken, leaving no damage to the my arm. Occasionally I am left with a bruise, but not this time. The nurse was very efficient and friendly.

This practice is seriously amazing at what they do. Communication is spot on. I have asked a question which is answered quickly and professionally through the query email and the online service is effortless. Appointment was made the same day. Excellent service from this practice and I have been hard to please due to poor practices previously. 10 stars Elgar

I came for a whooping cough jab and checked in with the pharmacist about my finger. She said it was infected and that I needed to see a doctor. There were no appointments available but when I mentioned it to Marissa, she made it her priority to get me seen by the duty doctor. She said there may be a short wait. I only had to wait around ten minutes and I was seen. I am so grateful to Marissa. She was so kind and reassuring. Thank you Elgar House for your amazing care and a special thank you to Marissa
