Waste of time going to appointment, didn't test urine sample which was asked to bring, didn't want to know about rash that could be linked to condition ,sent me to a+e

My wife and I attended for our covid and flu injections this morning (Saturday) and the organisation was superb. Nurses were great and very friendly. I find all services at Elgar House excellent. The thing that annoys me is when people miss appointments 😒 which takes up valuable time.

I use the online triage service, which I found easy to follow, requesting a call regarding my health problem. Early the next day I received a text telling me to book a face to face meeting. This I booked following a link giving a selection of times on a day provided. The whole procedure was fairly simple to follow and I would use the service again when necessary.

Asked for a appointment this evening told only telephone appointments available from 10th October, told reception I suffer from angina, and have been coughing for 3 weeks bringing up flem, she told me it sounds serious and I should go on line to make a appointment, got home went on line, guess what, can't make an appointment on line. Time To Change My Doctors.

Hi I’m normally over the moon with this surgery however the last appointment I had I rang up and they said I needed a normal routine appointment for an allergy test. Which is fine I rang up for appointment and I got one thinking I was going in for the test. I get there baring mind I’m disabled do not drive. I go in and dr asks how he can help I said I’m here for allergy test. Explained my symptoms and he booked me in for allergy test for next week. Sorry but this could off all been done on telephone appointment I wasted £20 in taxis to be in drs for less than 5 mins literally!! I was in so much pain already! It wasted my time and drs. This could off easily been prevented!

Couldn't get through by phone, used online service explaining my problem had an appointment the following day. Recommend using this service, easy to use. Pleased with the outcome. Thankyou

I have been very impressed lately with Elgar house. They have been very helpful and prompt in answering my queries. When I needed to see a DR on the13/08/24 they helped me to have a face to face appointment

I sent a summary of my symptoms to the surgery via the online system. Later that day I was sent a link from a GP, via text, asking me to use the link to make a face to face appointment with a DR. which took only a few minutes. The whole process was extremely straightforward and efficient.
