My 5 year old grandson had a thorough examination by the friendly doctor who made him feel at ease and he was treated with care at all times

Just tried to get an appointment as I have severe pains in my legs and can’t walk Told appointments are only given out at 8.30am but I work and have meetings. Read the symptoms on line and this isn’t great!!! When I know I’m not right told me I can see physio when I need a doctors as this could be diabetes or cancer which both runs through the family and I’ve had cancer before Don’t work and you can sit on a call waiting for an appointment Shocking!!!!!!!

Everyone is really helpful and my Doctor listens to what I have to say about how I am feeling also she tries to get appointments to follow up my needs.

Greeted by friendly staff who helped me navigate the logging on system. I saw the doctor at my appointed time.

First face to face review for a few years. The nurse was excellent and helped me to improve my medication. Also arranged a blood test for my cholesterol and promised a follow up call. I have had problems getting a doctors face to face appointment recently by phone and also getting through by email. I have had phone consultations but found them difficult because I wear hearing aids. .

Waste of time going to appointment, didn't test urine sample which was asked to bring, didn't want to know about rash that could be linked to condition ,sent me to a+e

My wife and I attended for our covid and flu injections this morning (Saturday) and the organisation was superb. Nurses were great and very friendly. I find all services at Elgar House excellent. The thing that annoys me is when people miss appointments 😒 which takes up valuable time.

I use the online triage service, which I found easy to follow, requesting a call regarding my health problem. Early the next day I received a text telling me to book a face to face meeting. This I booked following a link giving a selection of times on a day provided. The whole procedure was fairly simple to follow and I would use the service again when necessary.
