I had a medication review yesterday, after having a blood test last week. It was really good to have the new tablets I’ve been prescribed, explained in detail (side effects etc). I always read the enclosed leaflet, but it’s so much nicer to be able to ask questions that apply to you, and not just the people surveyed. And especially in such a friendly manner, so well done Elliott Hall, I am a very satisfied patient!

Over the last few months, I have needed significant support from my GP surgery. Each time I have needed to make contact, I have had immediate call back from a GP who has immediately arranged support as required. I could not have received better care. Elliot Hall medical centre have supported me in the best possible way. A big thanks to all staff there.

I needed to see a Doctor due to a chest/cough/asthma problem. I contacted the practice through Patches at about 1pm today. I had a call back about an hour later, confirming an appointment at 3.40pm. I have now seen the doctor and my medical issues have been addressed. Well done Elliot Hall!!

Doctor was friendly and made me feel comfortable. They asked for the detailed history and checked all possible reasons. Got a call back within an hour of raising patches request and was called in for further investigation

I had a virus which lasted 10 weeks and throughout that time I was seen regularly to deal with side effects that occurred. The staff responded speedily to Patchs requests and continue to do so ever since. I consider myself extremely lucky to be a patient at this practice.

I have been a patient at the surgery for many years. The staff are always exceptionally helpful and can’t do enough. All the Doctors and staff take such care with their patients offering expert advice and treatments. I can’t thank them enough for the service they provided for myself and late wife and we are lucky to have this GP practice serving local residents.

Once again this Surgery does not disappoint. A Doctor had called within 30 minutes of filling out a Patch’s application and a same day appointment arranged. Fabulous care by the practice Nurse and Doctor and the receptionists were helpful and friendly as they always are. I cannot rate this practice highly enough but service like this is extremely hard to come by. Caring, efficient and quite frankly outstanding. Thank you so much all of you

Oh my goodness. I saw a nurse. I've never met a medical professional who was so ready to listen. She drew blood. We chatted and laughed. She treated me like a human being. An amazing young lady.
