The clinical pharmacist was so helpful, giving informative advice as well as reassurance and taking the time to explain everything, ensuring a full and comprehensive assessment.

Visited the clinical pharmacist today for the second time who is monitoring my blood pressure. She has a friendly, reassuring manner and is extremely knowledgable and takes the time to understand my case. She made me and my daughter feel listened to and she did not rush my appointment and answered all my questions. Would like to say a big thank you to her.

Amazing service. Superb session with the Clinical Pharmacist. Addressed the issues with my raised blood pressure by putting together a very comprehensive plan of action that was explained clearly to me and put my mind at rest. Was an excellent listener and very caring when addressing the other lifestyle issues that needed discussing. Was not rushed and left feeling reassured. We need more stars like this in the NHS!

Today I went to see the Copd nurse and she was amazing she told me all the things I was doing wrong and has given me so muck information and has renewed my faith in doctors keep up the good work

Asthma review having started using the new Relvar Ellipta inhaler, I was a bit unsure about only using this inhaler once a day but it is brilliant and I am very pleased with it. I have only used my Easi breathe salbutamol inhaler a couple of times over the winter months as it was extremely cold. Would definitely recommend this inhaler it has been a real game changer for me and my nurse who put me on it was great and very informative about it.

Good asthma review. Took on board my account and provided excellent feedback as well as explaining changes and updates to asthma medication and management. And provided an impromptu flu jab.
