Doctors are brilliant and the receptionists actually try and help. However they now take econsults, you have to call at 8am on the day to get a same day appointment. If you do an econsult and the doctor wants to see you you then have to keep ringing every day to try and book a non urgent F2F - ive been trying for two weeks and there is nothing available, advised to call back in a month, I might be dead by then.

Elm house is such an organised and efficient practice. So accommodating to our busy lives. The e-consult service streamlines the basics that need doing, including direct repeat prescriptions going straight to pharmacy, saves so much middle man work. Easy to get hold of on the phone & very responsive practice. Very helpful reception team! Thank you I have been with this practice since I was born and will stay with them :-)
