On 08/07/2024 at 10:15, I had a scheduled phone appointment through the GP app. However, I did not receive a call at the appointed time. Upon contacting the surgery, I was informed that the person I scheduled with was not available for my type of appointment. Despite this, the app showed them as the only available option. My appointment was then rescheduled for the next day, 09/07/2024 at 12:00. Unfortunately, on 09/07/2024, I again did not receive a call at the scheduled time. I called the surgery and, after being informed I was first in the queue, I waited over 5 minutes before being disconnected. When I called back, I was seventh in the queue and opted for the call-back feature by pressing 9. I did not receive a callback, and the appointment disappeared from my app. I am extremely disappointed with this service. Not only did I not receive the medical attention I needed, but the poor handling of the situation has caused significant inconvenience and distress.

I can honestly say that the doctors and team at Elmtree surgery are amazing and go above and behind to help. Because of their dedication my daughter received an early diagnosis for cancer and has made a full recovery. The practice of annual blood test is life saving.

The doctors, nurses, pharmacists and the receptionists are all amazing! Attentive and caring and they genuinely want to help. They take my concerns seriously and were very thorough.

I came to the practice and was served very efficiently with all my concerns promptly addressed, and the doctor and staff were very caring and made sure I was put at ease.

If i could i wish to give 0 star. I called to book appoitment for my Child age 4 he has throat sore and bad cough . The recepcionist informed that they are fully booked and she advised me to go pharmacy and ask pharmacist to see my child throat . When i spoke with pharmacist they apolgise me that they are not allowed to check my child as they are not doctors and advised me to book appoitment with gp . Its not my first bad experience with elm tree surgery. I really worry about live and heslth patients which belongs to that GP!
