Was seen at arranged appointment time on a Sunday morning for a dressing change. Wound checked, cleaned and redressed.

I’m a carer for my son I don’t leave the house because of his condition I can’t get a home visit because I’m not classed as housebound, explained if I leave the house my son will have a full blown panic attack but still nothing they could do expect more from a doctors considering all this talk about mental health.

My appointment was on time, and the Doctor I saw was pleasant, caring and attentive. He also agreed to contact Lewisham Hospital on my behalf to follow up on some tests that were due.

Went for a cancer review which went as follows:- Are you alright? Answer yes I'm fine thanks. Good. That was it!!! I then pointed out no action had been taken on removing blood thinners from my prescription and spent the rest of the appointment watching the GP amend the prescription on the computer. I then asked for a blood test re Cholesterol as it had not been checked for 3 years plus he then set about telling me that the min for my statin should be 20mg not 10mg. When I asked if he recommended he said he couldn't it was my choice. Regrettably, I am not a qualified medical practitioner so it was left

The doctor was thorough, pleasant and reassuring. It was arranged that morning due to the perceived urgency. We seem to have a good cohort of new doctors.

The doctor was professional and better than my usual doctor, well mannered and thoughtful was a very pleasant experience to what is otherwise usually a dreaded experience

I don't know who I saw - they did not introduce themselves and were not wearing a badge or visible ID. They talked over me for much of the "consultation" and didn't seem bothered that their lack of practical advice or knowledge about next steps had left me in tears. I've had some substandard experiences at this practice but this was a new low.
