Wonderful experience with doctor and admin staff, the only criticism I have was told to go straight to RBH after seeing the doctor.was in a bit of shock told to go straight to the ward. As a 71 year old female was in state of shock, was in shock to how I was going to get there, no help from admin staff.could have ordered me a taxi. As not life threatening as to use an ambulance, money wise I had the money, or even if you kept a kitty for this kind of situation. Otherwise service was great

Needed advice on stomach pain,got an examination and subsequent medication within hours of first phone call.Given the challenges the NHS are up against I couldn't fault the service Emmer Green practise provided !

GP surgeries are getting a terrible bashing from an overentitled press and public. I just wanted it noted that my consistent and recent experience is one of courteous, responsive and helpful reception staff and prompt access to GP ring back and treatment action. Thanks very much all for your hard work in testing times. The great service i have come to expect but never take for granted from Emmer Green Surgery.

Tried to get an appointment, nothing available for over 3 weeks, Reception seem you want to diagnose yourself, very unhelpful and poor attitude. Said if it was an emergency they would have an earlier appointment! so being in pain with a swollen foot and not being able to walk does not qualify. Looks like I'll have to go to A&E

Sadly 3 times i have had to call this week each time a dr has called me back within an hour having witnessed my friends in other areas problems i know how lucky we are ! My son has special needs and gets 5 star treatment from everyone
