Review titled Not helpful
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Usha - Posted on 01 April 2025
Try to book an appointment with a doctor unfortunately they are asking to go through triach but the triach online is closed They said to log in again at 2 pm when I login at 2pm is closed when I call the reception after long waiting she asked me to call in the morning. When I asked to book an appointment any days in this week or next week they said fully booked for 2 weeks. They are no precooked service. So if we need a consultation for my on going issue where do I go. It's not an emergency to go to the hospital or call the 111. Now I understood why people are misusing the NHS. Call the ambulance and go to the hospital to see a doctor. No difference between emergency and none emergency. Make the life difficult

Thank you for your feedback and the points that you have raised. NWL ICB is aware of the challenges that General Practice across the borough faces with capacity issues/appointments and are looking into measures to identify areas for improvement. Our day to day presenting issue is how much capacity the surgery has and that we have to match Patchs access to our capacity, with safeguards in place, and this includes a bypass for those patients who are under 5, over 75, pregnant and presenting with a clinical issue, chest pain, high /low blood sugars, palliative patients, vulnerable patients, red flags (this list is not exhaustive). All requests are triaged on the day and directed to the most appropriate pathway. Please visit our website https://practice365.co.uk/e84009/health-information/appointments/ where you will find a wealth of information on services that are available to you including information on how our appointment system works.

Review titled Great Doctor.
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Pamela paulton - Posted on 10 April 2025
I had an appointment this morning, and i saw a very nice doctor this morning. As soon as I walked in his room he was like how are you and how are you feeling. I thought wow how nice of the doctor to ask me before I even sat down. The doctor was very nice, very polite and most importantly confirmed what I thought I had. Which was a chest infection. The warmth that he gives to patients and takes time to also have a chat with you. Amazing doctor. And this I believe is my first time with this doctor. But would definitely see this doctor again.

Review titled Worst practice
Rated 1 star out of 5

Absolutely appalled by the service at Enderley Road Medical Centre. I requested an appointment through Patches, and without any phone call, email, or message, they booked me in at Pinner at 8:45 AM. I only found out when I logged into patches at 12 PM. When I called the reception at 11:59 AM (19 minutes call including the wait time), the receptionist finally picked up. I politely explained that I would not be able to attend the Pinner appointment due to health issues, I feel dizzy, lightheaded, and unsafe to travel. Instead of showing any understanding, she coldly told me to "take the bus then." When I explained again that standing up makes me feel faint, she responded sarcastically with "then take someone with you, how are you at home then?" She was rude, dismissive, and completely lacked empathy. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it, Is a Gp receptionist even allowed to do that? To make it even worse, she then claimed she was a doctor. If a doctor’s advice to someone who feels dizzy and faint is to take the bus, then good luck to the whole of the Uk. Instead of helping me rebook, she just told me to call back at 2 PM, showing zero concern for my condition. Additionally, told me to call pinner surgery and cancel the appointment. This is not how you treat sick and stressed patients. If you have no empathy or do not like dealing with people who are unwell, this is not the job for you. Enderley Road Medical Centre used to be great, but thanks to untrained, rude staff like this, it is gone completely downhill. Absolutely unacceptable service and rude and untrained staff with no professionalism.

Review titled Can't access help from the surgery
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by S Diamond - Posted on 25 February 2025
It's too difficult to contact the surgery to get my sister a referral to a podiatrist. I took photos of her foot 3 weeks ago. I've been trying Patchs on and off since then. This morning I started getting ready at 7:50am. I have prepared text and photographs, and I'm pretty competent with technology, but the system doesn't have a back button, so you can't correct a mistake - you have to start again, and by the time I did that, it was too late to start a new enquiry. The system just books up too quickly so I keep failing. It's frustrating that the staff won't even know I've been trying to contact them. I think the medical staff are ok - my sister has received good help in the past. But if their staff-patient ratio is too low to even receive enquiries, then effectively the surgery is failing the patients.

Review titled No access to NHS doctor
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 12 February 2025
I have always been impressed with the service I have received from Enderley Road as I am happy to work with the online interface, but this no longer the case. I completed an online form to request medication and received a text with a link advising I should book an appointment. The link is to Patches which I have used before, but now find it is impossible to get an appointment through it. I have been trying twice a day since Friday. Appointments are gone within a minute. I have now purchased the medication at over double the dose I required as you can only obtain the medication at the lower dose by prescription. Why bother asking me to book an appointment. Be realistic and just say you can't assist than waste my time trying to book.

Review titled Professional Practice
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Maureen Walsh - Posted on 03 March 2025
The Doctor who did my operation was professional, kind and a brilliant Doctor. From the start of my procedure right to the end the Doctor was very clear and spoke about the procedure I was having, she explained everything and put me at ease. My minor operation was done swiftly and in good time and I have had no problem with my recovery. The nurse who assisted was also professional and kind and talked me through how to keep the dressing and wound clean and how long to leave it on for. I am very happy with how my minor operation went and if I could choose this practice/Doctor for any other procedure I would not hesitate. Thank you.

by Twinkle jhala - Posted on 30 January 2025
Whenever I have called receptionist tries to get rid of me and no help on appointment is provided and also she doesn’t even try to listen to the query and keeps saying to go on patch’s to book an appointment which is always fully booked and not sure how they are registering so many patients when they can’t help - every time they are denying an appointment which is not helping me to resolve my health issues I am facing currently- I am in severe arm pain and doctor did blood test - I missed the call as was at work I called back she denied to give an appointment and asked to go on patch’s which is always fully booked at 8 or 2pm - big disappointment

Review titled Amazing care
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Sanjay Morzaria - Posted on 11 December 2024
The nursing team (for diabetes care) have been so amazing and quick in discussing results of blood tests and more importantly, explaining the options for treatment. For me, they even picked up on a unrelated issue and give advice on its treatment. Also, are always very polite, calm and caring when you see them.
