  1. Review titled Do all they can to not help patients.

Rated 1 star out of 5

This last year via the convoluted Patches system you can log in if you're lucky and get redirected ad infernitum and when you ring they say use patches online. Absolutely disenchanted. Used to be a top end surgery. Now all they want to do is do Everything they can to Not see patients.

We are sorry to hear that you have had a less than satisfactory experience. Patchs is a live online triage platform that has been rolled out across North West London under the instruction of the ICB, Integrated Care Board, that allows clinicians to triage a patient’s request and direct it to the most appropriate care pathway. This is operational for the majority of the day however at times does reach capacity nonetheless our telephone lines are available (between 08:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:30) where our care navigators are on hand and have been trained to recognise any requests that require prompt attention. We also have an I-Pad in reception that patients can use under the guidance of our care navigators should this be necessary. Any admin queries or prescription requests can be submitted via our website too. Please contact the surgery and ask to speak to the supervisor so we can resolve any difficulties you may be experiencing when accessing the surgery.

  2. Review titled Some doctors are good but the place has terrible management

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 30 June 2023

This place is not managed. Their method of communication with patients is a disaster. Their responses are irrelevant and not helpful. Just as an example, three months ago I wrote to them asking them to update their outgoing message on a answer phone because during the waiting time it repeats the very same messages constantly which causes stress especially for elderly. No one cared about my communication except a standard message came to me saying "they always care"!!! Management needs changing fast.

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our earlier response nonetheless thank you for your feedback to ensure that any less than satisfactory experiences are addressed and reviewed. Our telephone message was devised with input from the Practice and members of ERPA, Enderley Road Patient Association. We had taken on board previous comments and had altered the message eg. changed the music, slowed the dialogue down. Our telephone message is on a loop system and this proves helpful to the majority of patients to ensure they are kept fully informed whilst holding for a care navigator to answer the call. You are more than welcome to join our active patient participation group as we welcome input, feedback and ideas to improve patient – practice relations https://www.enderley.nhs.uk/practice-information/patient-participation-group/

Have always found the practice extremely helpful, of course not perfect, but you wouldnt get perfect anywhere. They have done mostly the right thing. Id miss it if I had to leave. I feel very lucky to be here.

  4. Review titled Poor Service

Rated 1 star out of 5

Pre covid this was an excellent practice however since then you cannot get a face to face appointment and the online appointment request reaches capacity so early it closes. I was diagnosed with a chest infection over the phone !!! As a patient that suffered with pneumonia 3 times this is not acceptable. Such poor service, covid is now part of our lives please stop using this as an excuse for not seeing patients.

I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our service nonetheless thank you for your feedback as patient safety remains our priority. At point of consultation, a clinical decision was made over the telephone, and this is not an uncommon pathway. The clinician would have offered you a face to face appointment should they felt this appropriate. Our online triage system is effective and we are able to direct patients to the most appropriate pathway however once we have reached capacity online, there are still ways to access GP services, one of which is via the telephone where patients can speak with our care navigators who are trained to pass any request for an appointment to a GP should this require prompt attention. Please do call the surgery and speak to one of our care navigators should you still be experiencing symptoms.

  5. Review titled Prescription

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by sukaina akbarali - Posted on 24 December 2022

I was very disappointed by this practice, ordered my repeat prescription and after 3 days when I didn't receive my medicines called them, and i was surprised when they told me i was not registered there.Without giving me any advanced notice to find another GP they refused to prescribe the medicines for me .I became so helpless because I was out of my medicines and i cant get medicine without prescription. On top of that from next day it was weekend and Christmas holidays,so I can do nothing except calling them to at least prescribe me medicines but to no avail they wouldn't agree to give me helping hand.
