I have always had a very positive experience with this practice. However, this review pertains to feedback on the female doctor that I saw on the day in question. As soon as I walked in she made me feel comfortable and welcome before exploring my issue; painful foot several weeks after a stubbed toe. Her examination and explanation were thorough but easy to assimilate. She referred me for an X-Ray as a precaution and also prescribed anti-inflammatory’s. Whilst I was with her, after she had dealt with my main concern, I asked if I could discuss something else. At this point, she was most welcoming and her body language, demonstrated genuine interest and concern. My secondary concern merely pertained to sleep but had it have been me revealing something of greater personal concern, I would have felt very much at ease divulging. It is not often that I offer praise, so I hope this feedback serves as a genuine recognition the doctors professionalism and exceptional approach to patient care. She truly exemplified the qualities I believe a GP should have.

I have been registered with multiple different GP surgeries in my adult life and Eskdaill Medical is by far the best. I submitted an online request via the NHS app at around 7:30am when the requests open. The reception team phoned back around 45 minutes later to offer me an appointment that same day at 11am! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I attended my appointment face to face, the GP was thorough and agreed to make the referral that I was asking for. All very quick and easy. In the age where many people complain about their GP surgery, I never have any complaints about Eskdaill and I would recommend Eskdaill Medical to anyone.

From the initial phone call to make the appointment, to the doctor I saw who made me feel at ease and not rushed at all, to the help afterwards when I needed help with a prescription. This surgery always goes above and beyond!

When I telephoned a couple of weeks ago, I was able to get two different appointments with different members of the team on the same day. This meant that I didn't have to attend two appointments spread over different days. Amazing service and it was really appreciated that you went that extra mile to accommodate me as I don't have transport to easily get there. Thank you Eskdaill Medical

Attended with menopause symptoms, hear so many horror stories of women being ignored and told it’s just part of life! But I felt so heard and so vindicated! Genuinely great practice, individually dr bland was amazing, knowledgeable and kind. But the surgery as a whole are welcoming, helpful, accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more

My experience from the surgery is how they made sure I had the correct medication that I needed and making sure it worked for me they go out of there way to make sure you get the correct information and medication

I was with my previous surgery for 60 Years and a bit worried about moving to another surgery how wrong was I excellent service nothing too much trouble, very helpful staff praise where praise is due. Keep up the good work

The doctor supported my daughter with a delicate situation and she was extremely caring and supportive and and very thorough. I would like to thank the Eskdail medical practice for their care and support.
