I have only been to the surgery a few times but reception staff have always been friendly and helpful although can be frustrating when there is a queue and only one person working but 6 people behind the screen who don’t come to help. Nurses have always been lovely. Hard to get an appointment but that’s the same everywhere. My only real complaint is that on my last gp visit I felt very rushed and at times felt like he wasn’t listening to what I was saying properly

Staff is reliable, on time, helpful, considerate, caring. The nurse who took my blood was very gentle and understood my fear of blood

This is one of the best GP practices I’ve ever dealt with. High level of professionalism and efficiency from all staff members, courteous and understanding approach to patients and their queries. Booking appointments extremely easy, short waiting times on the phone. The practice premises are always spotlessly clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this practice.

The staff and service was good at the time I attended. I was seen to promptly and the person was efficient and engaged with me throughout my appointment

I’ve had loads of concerns about this GP practice and whenever I want to make a complaint they told me to do in writing due to the fact that I’m dyslexic. I find this hard and I know this they take the advantage of one more people that can’t write a complete. That should be alternative way to do a complaint instead of written complaint because not everybody has a first language of English and also not everybody may be able to read and write. The reason I’m rating this is for many reasons first of all the receptionist are very bad second the nurses and especially one of them is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to parents, especially when she’s lost her baby and lastly getting the prescription is so hard when you do get a prescription repeat prescription it’s been cancelled by a doctor. Why would I be asking for a prescription if I didn’t need it

Dear Patient, Thank you for sharing your views. We are sorry about your experience. Its unfortunate that you were not offered to make your complaint verbally whilst a staff member made notes. If we could identify the person who conveyed the original request to you then we could have a conversation with them directly. We do have reception staff members who speak a second language and we use an interpreting service when required for consultations. With regards to your prescription, sometimes these can be rejected by the clinician if it is not due or no longer available, but this should be communicated to the patient. We shall speak to the nursing team about addressing patients who have had suffered a recent loss. If you had left your name, then it would have been easily to identify the staff mentioned, never the less, please accept our apologies and we hope future experiences are more positive. I had a lovely experience today at the reception and during blood test. Ladies were super professional, helpful, kind and absolutely lovely. Thanks so much for looking after me.
