I have called surgery at 8am with mental health wanted to see my dr who knows my case history was told i couldnt.not happy poor service no empathy.

I'm sorry that you felt the need to post this feedback. There are a few reasons why you may not have been able to see the doctor that knows your history, they may not have been in that day or they may have been booked. I phone up at 1pm on 4/7/23 and had an appointment for 3pm the same day the doctor that saw me was brilliant sorted me out helped with with my mental health issue and pain issues and got me on the right medication listened to me and didn't judge never going to leave this practice

I have encountered no problems with this practice & consider I have always been given good service. I am particularly impressed with the web site which enables me to ask questions and always receive prompt answers thus saving both my and staff time. Thank you to all the staff I have dealt with who have all been pleasant and helpful.
