What a great practice! I would like to express my gratitude for everything you all do for my nan. Over the last 8 years the continuity of care has been to such a high standard. As her health has deteriorated and the complexity of her health has increased she has received nothing but excellent care. She is regularly able to see the same GP, who knows her well and is then able to use this to provide caring and compassionate medical care. Even on the rare occasion we do have to speak to another doctor they are very patient and allow you the opportunity to really speak and be heard. This is such an important factor in making patients feel at ease and allowing them to have autonomy over their care. My nan feels as though she is given the consideration to make decisions regarding her health. As a carer and family member staff make me feel respected and that my opinion is validated. It can be exceptionally frustrating as a carer when you are not listened to and I have never once been made to feel this way. Clinicians are very knowledgeable in each of the varying areas they specialise in, but are also transparent enough to tell you that they are unsure on something and will ask for a second opinion. I have always felt trust in clinical decisions being made about my nans health and these have always been explained to both my self and nan in an appropriate way we can understand. I really admire the way they care for complex patients with man differing co morbidities, this is not an easy task! I have myself worked in healthcare and have had interactions with many doctors surgeries and I can say with certainty that this is the best surgery I have dealt with. No practice is without faults but within the constraints of clinical guideline i think they do a fantastic job. I would also like to give a shout out to the support staff of nurses and physicians associates, HCA’s who have always given nan respect, patience and kindness. To the reception staff I really want to say a huge thank you!! Without you going above and beyond for nan it would have been a nightmare. Being the frontline staff you must have to deal with some difficulties but you always answer the telephone in such a positive manner and really do show patients compassion and empathy. My nan really appreciates this and it really makes her feel as though she still matters. I have called up multiple times in a day and each time I was never made to feel a nuisance or that it was too much trouble. The logistics of managing so many unwell patients must be very stressful. But when nan has been unwell you have always managed to either get the support she needed or signpost me to another service. If all surgeries were like this my professional life would be a lot less stressful. Please do continue to provide excellent care as you have been, the patients who really do need to care greatly appreciate it!

The Dr had a clean room, friendly service and hopefully identified the issues through the symptoms I had shown. Prescribed and gave information on the issue at hand via SMS. Great service, couldn’t ask for me.

my name is christine rowei am honoured to have these excellent unique professional dedicated individual in my health life doctor A the reception team the assistant pm doctor c who works upstairs exceptional reception manager nurses and ect my life would mean nothing withought those very supportive nhs trust team I wouldn't have it any other way but to have all those special Individual Named by me Christine Rowe

I'm always able to get an appointment with my chosen doctor. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The doctors are absolutely great, such as today, the doctor called near the expected time and she was thorough and did not rush me and listened to me.

I don’t ordinarily participate in reviews as in writing them but I always read reviews and rely on them to make positive decisions. I felt the strong need to write this review because of the outstanding service I receive from Eversley medical centre. Receptionist I find to be most helpful and pleasant and approachable. I also was very impressed with the admin manager who I found to have an amazing personality and presence ensuring she takes care of any issues or requests. I would also like to add that I hope she is really being looked after by her employer because she along with others are a great asset to the running of the centre. Also the Doctors which I find to be very attentive and easy to speak too. I would like very much that the team be recognised for their good work practices and work ethic. This review is worth my time because as I mentioned I felt the need to do it . Wish you all a fantastic Christmas and please don’t change anything about how you work and communicate with the service users. God bless you all one love.

Excellent service, easy to book an appointment by phone, very friendly reception staff and excellent service received from the doctor himself who was very kind and reassuring to my brother who attended for support with a painful knee and who has additional needs. I left the appointment with my brother feeling that he had been listened to and confident that his medical needs were met. The GP himself also dealt swiftly with another matter that was outstanding with the hospital which he didn't need to do. Very satisfied.

They are very professional. I find the practice to be user friendly. They are patient with me as they spend time to listen to my complaint. The waiting time for my appointment is not normally too long as they are generally on time. So far so good.

I ordered repeat prescription over a week ago and when it comes to collecting at the pharmacy it hasn’t been approved for 3 days, saying they need a review. Why can’t you communicate this with patients so they don’t have a wasted trip and miss out on vital medication - utterly appalling service and reception have a ‘don’t care, not bovvered’ attitude to it all as well. Very disappointed in you, Eversley Medical Centre

Having used accurx to contact the surgery I got a prompt response notifying me of a booked phone call with a doctor. When I spoke to the doctor he was clear and concise and then gave me a physiotherapy appointment at the surgery the next week. The Physio did a thorough examination, was clear on his diagnosis (carefully showed me on the computer what was the problem) and advice and sent me an exercise programme stating that if any problems or no improvement I was to contact him again.
