They happily let a new mum and a baby sit in the waiting room for nearly an hour. After being told to come in early to be seen for an emergency appointment to the little one. To check in on the screen and say a 15 minute delay, not an hour. There were other people waiting for the long too. Not once did they say there was a delay or anything, just spoke to us like yeah we shut before 6 so hopefully you seen by then? What kind of answer is that? If there is a delay or not doctors just tell the people in the waiting room they are going to be waiting loner? It isn't hard and it's gross how they just let her sit there, she chose not too feed and wake him from a nap because they told her too, to be sat that an hour later to be seen!

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback and comments, I am sorry that this was the service which was delivered to a Patient at Exwick Health Centre. Unfortunately due to the anonymity of you comments we are unable to investigate fully the concerns you have raised. If you are directly related to the patient please contact stthomas@nhs.net and address the comments to Naomi Gruitt Deputy Group Manager we can then investigate the concerns raised and look at the situation and take any remedial action required with the patient involved as we do not wish to deliver any type of poor patient care.
