This is an incredible practice! I submitted an e-consult this morning and had a call back in the afternoon resolving my query. In the 25 years I've been registered with them they have never let me down. The responses to e-consults are extremely prompt and always on the same day. Every single staff member I have ever dealt with at the Fairfield Centre has always been helpful, kind, efficient and compassionate. I feel very fortunate to have access to such a superb practice with highly knowledgeable GPs and wonderful staff.

I have been a patient at Fairfield Practice since 2007 and I have always had excellent experiences with the Reception staff, nurses and Doctors. They are very kind, patient and helpful. During consultations I have always felt like I am being listened to compassionately. I recently had an appointment with Doctor cr. She was brilliant. She listened to my condition as I explained it to her and she respected my request and put in a plan to facilitate this. She followed up in a timely manor and I feel soo much better with this plan in place. I have had appointments with Doctor sc and Doctor ch in the past and they both too have been compassionate, thorough and just amazing. I am on a local Facebook group for Charlton and whenever there is a post enquiring about which General Practice to register with I always recommend Fairfield. I simply cannot fault it. Repeat medication requests are actioned on the day I request them. They investigate your conditions with referrals to secondary care, blood tests etc to the maximum. It's definitely the best General Practice I have been registered with in my whole life. I urge anyone who is new to the area to register with Fairfield Practice, you won't regret it. Thank you to all the staff from Care Navigators, Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Social Prescriber, Doctors for you compassionate and timely care.

A great team of health care professionals and reception staff. The doctor and physio were able to support with my issue and onward referrals were made to help with my condition.

Booking an appointment here is nearly impossible. I contacted them via phone, and they directed me to their online service. However, for two consecutive days, the booking system reached its capacity even though I logged in at 8:30 am sharp, just half an hour after it opened at 8 am.

Virtually impossible to book an appointment. They treat patients health like a game show where the only way to book is to start calling as soon as the practice opens and hope you are one of the lucky callers to get through that day. If not and you urgently need to be seen they just fob you off to a&e. I’ve been seriously sick for 8 weeks now with hospital repeatedly saying my condition is serious but must be handled by my GP and I call begging for help but have not yet actually seen or been examined by a doctor

I had requested medication for repeat prescription pharmacist set up a call back didn’t call on a first occasion. I’ve called receptionist waiting time 20min in a queue set up another call for next day at 8:30am received a missed call at 8:11am yet again called receptionist waiting time 25min. Promised to set up another call some time later?! This is extremely stressful and absolutely unacceptable. It’s a prescription request ! I cAn only image how frustrating it is for serious ill patients. Worse experience ever. Sort it out! how unprofessional and the time takes to get it done shame on you !

I am glad that I can receive medical help in the Fairfield Practice. My family and I have always received the necessary care in this clinic. All the doctors there are very attentive and professional.
