    As the daughter of an elderly patient this practice is achieving want we all want from the NHS. Multiple medical tests and excellent wound care have got my Dad back to health. He was probably close to needing a hospital visit but they have managed to keep him at home. All excellent and I must give the professionals on reception a shout out as they got Dad in to see the nurse with one call from me. That set him on the route to recovery. Welldone to everyone including microbiology and the GP who responded to the blood test results. He is so much better - walking up and down to town!

    I have had problems with my toenails and feet & my most recent experience was sorted by being prescribed an Oral treatment.

    I have generally received excellent service from this practice. However last Monday I needed to seek medical support for a condition that was becoming worse& thought e-consult would give the opportunity to provide fuller details for GP’s consideration. I was surprised that it was the physiotherapist that responded but my consultation seemed quite thorough & I was told it needed to be referred to GP so I then expected contact. 3 days later I had heard nothing so contacted surgery to follow up and asked if it could be logged that my condition was continuing to get worse rather than better. Told my best option was to ring at 8.00am next week to book a Dr appointment if I wanted an earlier review. So really a waste of time as I could have done that last Monday and would probably have seen a Dr before now.

    Latest visit was for a blood test. Had to wait only 15 mins in the waiting room, then a charming nurse who took my blood very carefully and cheerfully. Thank you!

    We as a Family have used the practice for 38 years & have seen and been seen by different generations of Doctors & Practice Nurses etc etc. I don’t think it’s too dramatic to say they’ve saved our lives on occasions. Although it’s a new generation the same legacy or heritage is carried on with exceptional standards. When I’ve mentioned my experiences with Fallodon Way others I know have immediately remarked not getting treated like this elsewhere. They’ve even asked if they could join & clearly I’ve no control but I think they may have done this. I’m 68 treated for various things but mostly manageable but have definitely benefited from my Annual Medical review ( which in turn has motivated my fitness and weight loss ) & C 19vaccine & now flu jabs. The latter seem to work as I’ve had neither & in fact worked right through C 19 as did my wife ( complying with all the precautions ). I know this almost sounds like over attachment to you but we are 68 & 70 our children have children & unlikely to return so we fleetingly discuss downsizing then we both say “ we can’t be too far from The Practice !“. I don’t think we’ll move!!!! One final thing - I know it was long in the past & they’re all retired but I’d specifically like to thank a women Doctor who was laterally Senior Partner especially - I and my Family owe her the biggest debt ever for her interventions with me. She also oversaw my wife’s breast cancer. In this household she’s as near to being canonised as it’s possible for one mortal to be. Please let her know we often talk about her in glowing terms. Thanks. All keep up the good work.

    First class. E-consult leading to telephone consultation, face to face consultation and examination, bloods then prompt text with results. I couldn’t have hoped for better and very impressed. Particularly impressed with the Dr who dealt with me/ this process - review doesn’t allow names, but should also like to add that dealings with all staff here (for kiddie) issues have been similar.

    I had an emergency appointment by Doctor who sent me immediately to Southmead where I had an emergency surgery same day. Thank you so much to her. The outcome could have been so different. Fallodon Way surgery staff are the best. I am 83 and always had great treatment there.
