Brigstock Family Practice has been very supportive with my medical problems for the past year! The online service is very efficient and I've had no problems in getting an appointment with my preferred Doctor. I always get a call back within the 48 hours time frame All I can say is that I'm absolutely impressed with this surgery and wont want to move anywhere else! Thank you to all the Brigstock Family Practice staff for your service!

Excellent service from the reception staff and Admin team who arranged an appointment to be seen within 48 hours. The Doctors are amazing and help me to feel better and are very reassuring, listened to my concerns and guided me accordingly. I can't thank the staff enough for all their help and support when needed the most to help us feel better.

I recently registered with Brigstock Family Practice, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were thoughtful, caring, and genuinely empathetic. The registration process was smooth and efficient, and they made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. Booking an appointment was quick and hassle-free, and the doctor took the time to listen to my concerns with understanding and compassion. I truly felt cared for, and I highly recommend this surgery to anyone looking for a practice that puts patients first.

Excellent service from the staff at the front desk. My appointment was booked with swiftly and all follow up tests have been booked in. All my questions were answered professionally.

Spoke to one of the receptionists about my issue and they took the time to sort everything out with me, with medication and appointments and explained the follow up process. Great service overall!

This GP surgery is the worst I have experienced in London and every surgery is bad but this one takes the cake…I don’t understand why the same doctor cannot follow your case from start to diagnosis instead of juggling you around various clinicians and doctors at the surgery. You would think that was common sense. That way if the doctor calls about your results he would know that was why he was calling you. This would avoid him calling and being unaware that you had been sent for multiple blood tests and received a text saying to book an appointment to discuss the findings. This would then avoid the doctor trying to interpret the results and do a diagnosis on the call as he did not review my file or results ahead of the call. Very unprofessional and does not give you any confidence that they know what they are doing. This is why a lot of people turn to google instead of relying on doctors in name rather than profession.

I was given a doctors phone call for today 9-2pm. No call. This is the second time this happened. I couldn’t report because the practice was closed at 2pm. Rather stressful. I accessed some strong painkillers to ease back/kidney problem for 3 days.
