Although it often takes in excess of 25 mins to get through on the phone (which isn’t ideal), the reception staff are polite, friendly, helpful and approachable. I’ve noticed a real difference in the last couple of years with new staff coming in. Please thank them for their work.

Dear patient, Thank you for your feedback. I have passed on your thanks to the team for all their hard work. I am sorry you have had long waits trying to get through on the telephone. At certain times of the day (first couple of hours in the day) and also during influenza and Covid vaccination programmes. We are working very hard to improve our response times to telephone calls.
