I am new to the area and needed to have some help after an operation. I saw a wonderful nurse assistant who was so professional and helpful she got another nurse to have a look for a second opinion who was very efficient and assisted sorted me out in that 1 visit what a great team!

The whole experience was seamless Despite being extremely busy in a Friday late afternoon I was given an appointment immediately,the receptionist was polite/kind and efficient. The Gp did not rush me , listened,was caring was knowledgable . Offered me follow up if I needed it Cannot fault the service and would recommend anyone to this family friendly service

Found a breast lump on holiday & was seen urgently by a lovely female GP who confirmed the lump. Her notes could be seen by my GP enabling a rapid referral to my hospital of choice. Was seen within 2 weeks & treatment started including surgery, chemo & radiotherapy. I am now recovering but am so grateful to this practice. The receptionist was so kind & helpful too. Thank you for exemplary care which enabled my cancer to be dealt with in a timely manner.
