The worst experience with reception staff. Waited half an hour to book an appointment on the phone but i was offered an appointment with Nurse but requested a Dr, i was refused without knowing my condition. I asked if i could speak to the manager and the receptionist got rude and said ‘No’. The. I said ill be putting a complain in for her rude behaviour and she said ‘Go Ahead’. Really is this the way to speak to patients and how could i be refused an appointment with the Dr. I tried explaining my problem again and the receptionist shut the phone while i was talking. The worst reception staff and who do not have any patient care manners.

I tried to book an appointment today to see a doctor for temperature and aching chest. After nearly 40 minutes wait I spoke to reception not a pleasant expirence she told there was not appointment available at the surgery and told me that I could see a nurse at another surgery I am not familiar of. I told I wanted to see a doctor but she decided that I don't need to see a doctor because temperature, aches and pain are common and for that I can't see a doctor according to her. So not only I have to go and find my way to new surgery while I have temperature, I can't see a doctor also? I am 58 year old with many other closely related to my current illness that is why I wanted to see a doctor at the surgery. I don't call for an appointment most of the and try to manage my health myself as best I can but I do I don't get an appointment after long wait. The reception staff are not pleasant either their tone of voice clearly make once feel they are not intrested with whatever problem or sickness you are going through. They are not trained as a doctor but they seem to decide who can see the doctor. I really don't like this surgery and avoid calling for an appointment as much as I can but I do after nearly two years without seeing a doctor I tried today unsuccessfully. Unfortunately the surgery just across the road for me so I am having stay with it. If I had another one nearby I would jump the ship long ago because staff is rude unhelpful and you don't get the appointment after long wait either.

I had a few questions that needed to be resolved and I had been in and also phoned a few times about this issue. Today I met someone new at the front desk who resolved everything in a speedy and efficient manner. I was very pleased. Thanks!

I done requested Dr's call at 8am and got phone call from Dr about 10am. Call me in at 11.30 and Dr has examined me. He consulted with his senior and after carful examinations, he referred me to hospital. I was well pleased with it.

I have been taken good care of and I’ve been listened to from beginning of my pregnancy until now I’m at 29 weeks + if I have any concerns or questions they are followed up and if no appointments are available I have still received a call back from a gp or health care practitioner thank you.

I was standing at the counter in front of the receptionist just about to speak to him & he told me to wait a minute & called a woman from the back of the queue who he attended to while I & the people in the queue waited . She was a young woman not invalid in any way & I couldn't see any reason to call her from the back of the queue. Her appointment was 9.40 & mine was 9.30 , the time that I was waiting 0n todays date , 24/8/2023
