I visited a female GP and was treated with the utmost respect and compassion with regards to my questions. The GP was very well informed and I felt very secure in the information I was presented with. all areas of positive and negative points were discussed and I was convinced that the choices I made with my treatment was the best for me after agreeing with the facts given. I left very happy and confident with the service I received. The experiences I have had at this health practice, although minimal have been outstanding. The phone is answered promptly, the reception staff are polite and empowered to help you and I never have an issue receiving information or an appointment if needed. The medical practitioners always show empathy and care. They deliver exceptional customer service and I am always impressed, I constantly tell my friend and family. Good job everybody and thank you
