A big thank you to the reception and health care assistants at Faversham Health Centre. I could not attend a very important blood test appointment this morning and they made sure that later in the day I was accommodated and got the blood test I needed. A real personal touch; smiles and efforts to help. It really is appreciated as it was important Thank you...I can't mention names but I'm sure you know who you are Thank you!!!

I have been waiting 6 weeks MRI results i received a letter today stating that the surgery now as these results and i need to book an appointment to discus these i have been told the first available appointment is in 1months time this means that i will have had to wait 2.5 months to get the results i think that this is totally unacceptable
