I just wanted to thank the brilliant female Dr I saw today for actually listening to me, after being shunned by Drs in the RVI a and e and left to suffer she’s really looked after me and helped me today. Im in crippling pain with problems and she’s organised everything I need and sorted out a plan of action and I am so beyond grateful. Thank you for listening to me and believing me not just sending me away.

I had a minor medical problem, I completed an eConsult via the NHS app in the morning, and was called back an hour later and given an appointment to meet a specialist nurse within the hour. The receptionist staff were friendly and helpful. The clinic was running on time so I did not need to wait. In the consultation the specialist nurse was empathetic and professional. We discussed options and management together, and I was very happy with the outcome. Thank you so much. You hear about NHS primary care services struggling so much in the media, so it’s great to have access to such a friendly and efficient practice.

My 12 year old daughter, 19 year old son and I have needed various support and treatment from the surgery this month and over the last few years. I can not praise enough the care and time given to each of us. Every interaction with each doctor, nurse, medical secretary and the practice manager has been a positive one and we have been treated with genuine empathy and care and generosity of time. Your practice seems to have tried very hard to overcome the huge challenges it currently faces post covid and in difficult times. Despite these challenges you have created a doctors surgery our family can trust and feel genuinely supported and cared for. Thank you for your hard work and support.

We wish to express our appreciation for the empathy, understanding and support shown by all staff and the excellent Doctors at Fenham Hall Medical Group. Whilst so many people only submit reviews for poor service from the NHS, we feel compelled to commend our doctor for his time ,obvious concern and expertise which resulted in him suggesting positive ways in our moving forward with a delicate and difficult issue . As a family, we are extremely grateful to everyone at the practice as you have always shown respect,discretion and genuine care and compassion during anxious times.

I have just moved to the area and needed an emergency appt. Didn’t want to help me at all. The nhs website says anyone can register for temporary emergency help. But this place didn’t help at all.

Dear anonymous poster, Thank you for taking the time to post your comments however I am very disappointed by your review. At the time of calling the surgery you were not a registered patient, and regrettably on an exceptionally busy Monday morning working with a reduced team impacted by Covid we were not able to register you immediately and offer immediate access as requested. I have spoken to the staff member who answered your call and we did offer alternatives such as pharmacy and walk in and urgent treatment centres, but you ended the call.
