   Having being registered at this Practice for 4 years I am finally giving up. I have never seen "my GP" don't even know who it is. Usually need a GP about twice per year, last 4 or 5 appointments have been with Out of Hours Doctors. Went in to Practice to make routine appointment and was told only urgent appointments available and they "release a handful of routine appointments each day to book". Was told to phone each day until a routine appointment becomes available. Crazy system that one cannot book a routine appointment when advised to do so for cancer screening.
