was told by surgery to call at 8am for an appointment. Even though i call at 8am once my call is answered i can never get an appointment with a GP as am told the appointments are all gone and get told to use econsult which is a long winded process and very un user friendly. I then get a call from the GP (after they have reviewed my e consult) randomly and I can never answer as I am work. The surgery should give appointments when called either by phone or in the surgery at specific times as they used to befopre covid.

This is such a lovely GP practise. They're so caring and kind. They admin ladies actually do their job and aren't patronising or angry. I can imagine they get their fair share of aggressive patients but they are so patient and always go above and beyond. We've never had such a nice experience with a GP before. We've been registered since my 14 year old daughter was born but it's not until the last 2 years that she's had health problems. The doctors actually listen, communicate and send appropriate referrals, explaining the pros and cons of it. We are very lucky to have this place and selfishly hope my positive review doesn't increase their patient load too much.
