    Excellent service, good professional staff, including doctors, nurses, clinical pharmists and reception staff. I gave my blood for test, and all test was normal, but my ldl & hdl cholesterol level was not according my health condition. I received a telephone call from clinical pharmist, she explained to me about my cholesterol reading, and suggested some medicine changes. I asked her some question, she promised me to get the feedback from diatetion and then give me the update. On her promised day she rang me and confirmed that she discussed with diatetion amd told her name, explained about my concerns. Thank clinical pharmist and fernley medical centre

    Having been a long term user of Fernley Medical Center I can confidently state that I am fully appreciative of the quality of advice and support I receive at this medical practice. My needs are always fully met by the medical professionals and support staff. Recently I suspected I had a wound infection that required investigation. The nurse suggested a wound swab be taken and submitted for investigation. Once the swab result was reported to the practice I was notified the same day and a prescription for antibiotics issued to my preferred pharmacy immediately, for which I am grateful.

    Doctors has always listened to my problems and understood me and my pain. Never judgmental. Got me the right treatment All other Doctor are fantastic with all my other children too I can always get appointment. The receptionist are very friendly

    I have called this practise multiple times to book an appointment at 8 but no one picks up. I have tried ringing every 10 minutes till 9 and no one picked up. Today I managed to book an appointment for 12:10 considering the time period I had informed my workplace I’d be back in 30 minutes. I went to the clinic and was informed the clinic is running late by an hour. I was not given such information.. I had to travel from my work and then wait for my appointment for an extra hour. In turn taking an hour and a half off work when I was expected to be back after 30 minutes. I have never had good experience with this practise in the past either.. they never give you an appointment. During Covid time they had called me in for a blood test. I went in the clinic for a blood test via telephone consultation and then was told by the receptionist I am not allowed to be there. They had shunned me away without looking into it or any proper explanation. Extremely uncaring and irresponsible. They do not care about their patients and have no regards towards other people’s commitments. Either close this practise or improve it.

    Patient’s care at this surgery is phenomenal. Reception, admin and clinical staff giving care to patients is above and beyond the normal standards. Hope they continue to provide same level of care in future.

    I was concerned about my mother's deteriorating health following discharge from hospital. I was offered an appointment that afternoon & supported to arrange pain relief and a care referral. The medical practitioner went above and beyond expectations to help and reassure me, undertaking immediate action to facilitate appropriate care and address my concerns.

    I would like to give 5 star to the new Deputy Practice Manager for her Great sense of responsibility. I had few issues in regards to appointments and other areas . wanted to speak to a senior member of team she came downstairs personally and listened to my concerns with empathy. she then call me next day to provide me with an outcome of my concern. I Must say she is an asset to Practice Great Job.
