    I spoke with a lovely lady today and she was very kind and professional. She advised me regarding my concern that all had been corrected. She did not try to hurry me or end the call quickly but listened and assured me all was now correct. It was a pleasure speaking with the Staff member today. I find the staff at Fernley Medical are all very kind and care for the patients. Thank you

    They took blood test found b12 is very low and PS level is increase Dr straightaway arrange appointment with nurse for b12 injection and again bool blood test for me in may I'm so happy today is my last b12 injection Good service overall I'm happy so see staff and gp

    Very helpful but wait times can be long sometimes. I have been coming to this GP clinic since I was born (2002) and have had no issues with anything or anyone. Once I needed help for my back pain and the GP helped a lot and prescribed me the right medicine to help the problem go away

    I visited this practice in April to find out about care plan i spoke with reception staff she listened to my query and put me through to a Gp and than to a manager following my query .I am amazed to see an over all improvement in all areas e.g Reception, appointment system availability of Clinicians and ease to get through managemt. I would highly recommend this practice and will continue to receive care here myself as it is very rare to come across a GP or any other medical professional who genuinely cares about their patients and will go out of their way to bring some sort of comfort to their patients lives. The smallest gestures can make the biggest differences to someone’s life and i am beyond thankful always for everything this GP has done fo

    Dear Mr Katwa, Thank you for your comment.As per my conversation we currently have issues with our telephone lines and hence all calls are diverted to practice mobile to avoid any disruption with access . This has been caused due to massive connection issue at BT local exchange port which engineers are looking into. This has been communicated to all our patients through accurx message on 9th September. Apologies for the inconvenience caused and would request to please bare with us while we get this issue sorted.
