With everything going on I sat and spoke with the triage nurse for her to explain to me what to look out for etc and she was so lovely and helpful. The receptionist were nice to getting my son seen even though they had been very hectic all day. The put my anxiety to rest and came out with a huge weight off my shoulders

I cannot make contact at all. The phone goes straight to engaged tone and I cannot find a way to get through online. I've been registering all my details online to get to the surgery -- I get sent to an online GP practice. I want test results.I have been going round and round in circles. Somebody other than my gp now has all my details! I cannot get access to my practice and haven't been able to for at least a year.
