   This surgery was top in the country a short while ago, before the merge with chp . So sad, it was such a brilliant surgery, great staff - but now it’s really terrible. Unable to get an appointment without Queing on the day from 7/7.30am( dependant upon which GP is on that day). Even then it’s not a certainty. I had an appointment 25/09 and a referral was accepted - however, the referral has still not been made ( 47 days later) due to one person being in charge of referrals and having a backlog of 5,000 to work through. I’ve asked if they have any idea when my referral will be made and they do not🤦🏽‍♀️ I would not advise joining this surgery- never experienced such a sorry state of affairs!
