Had an appointment booked and then then the sugary changed the time last minute, without prior notice and then had to wait another hour to been seen Please adhere to your booking Times

Went in on an emergency bases had to take time off work and said they can’t see me but will give me a call in the afternoon. Afternoon comes and goes and they don’t call. Give them a follow up call just to find out receptionist didn’t even put me down on the system. Absolutely appalling been a joke for years.
