    Completed an e-consultant at 16:00 on a Sunday, received a telephone call on Monday at 8.10 offering an app at 15.30 that same day leading to a much needed prescription. Great service

    Trying to get results of a Echocardiogram from March phoned at least 3 times first you have a record of the others you havent. Plus was told they were back but not read then yesterday no they are not on the screen. This is not the first time we have experience of conflicting messages. I just wish I could record what is said but in future I will write time date and conversation in our diary.

    I called to book and appointment today and the staff member was so helpful and went to great lengths to help me. They put my mind at ease and left me feeling more positive about my situation and that I had made the right call. Thank you and keep up the good work.

      I recently contacted the surgery about my medication which needed adjusting as it was out of synch. I sent a message via the nhs app and within an hour had received a message from a doctor saying it was all sorted. I really appreciated the communication so that I knew all was OK and was so impressed by how quickly the issue was sorted out. All the doctors and nurses I have spoken to have been great. Thanks so much for everything you do I know how hard things are at the moment.

    Rang surgery as my 7 year old has fever. This was 09:30 am. Number 18 on queue. Within 15 minutes I was on phone with a pleasant receptionist. She listened to my request and booked same day appointment for my son with duty doc. Doc rang me about 11:48 am. We discussed my concerns. Treatment given. I am aware this surgery is very busy, but they do attend to all patients according to urgency of illness. My son got a same day appointment despite time I rang the surgery because his illness needed same day assessment. GP who rang was very polite and has a good listening ear. Sorry I have not named the receptionist and GP.
