    I recently attended with my child who was making an occasional wheezing sound when playing. I saw an excellent doctor, with a kind approach who was very thorough in her exploration of the noise, including seeking a second opinion from another doctor as well as an examination of my child and review of the video I had taken of her making the noise. I didn’t need to wait long for the appointment and all the staff were friendly - a lovely practice. Excellent!

    I was called the previous week and was asked to come in for vaccination. After struggling to walk got there only to be told that I can’t have any vaccination until October. To my surprise they have this information on their system before calling me to come. It was complete waste of my time

    Very friendly doctors, caring and helpful. When we need any medical assistance the GP is always by our side. An example was in Covid time. They personally came to our place and provided us services as we were in quarantine. Also provided us medical help through telephone. No compare with them. I wish the best of the doctors and team.

    I called 8am to ask a same day telephone appointment. They told me that they don’t do that and they got my details so they can send me a link to write the reason why I need to speak to a doctor and from then in 2 days they will contact me to book an appointment! When I ask if it is a quicker way to get medical help they advise me to call the emergency 111!!!!! I said that this is for emergencies but the staff responded that this is the only way!!! The morning after I receive a link for a telephone appointment.I tried the option to meet with any doctor in order to get the quickest option. The earliest appointment was 30 days later! I understand the difficulties that they could have but that way of booking appointments is really new low standards!!!!
