    I rang in the morning to arrange for a face to face appt with GP and got an appointment for 2pm that same day and the Dr was very pleasant and patient with me and answered all my questions.

    The receptionists are very good. I am a pregnant lady and I had appointment but I couldn't go on time I was running late . But they didn't cancel I was very happy

    I came in to see my doctor for an ongoing health issue. It’s hard to describe in words how grateful I am for having such an incredible doctor, very supportive, kind in mannerisms & a thoughtful and thorough approach in all aspects of diagnoses. Always explains everything in a way that I can understand. I feel heard, safe and all together this practice has a really great team of people who always go above and beyond in providing professional health care.

    I joined this surgery in May. I booked an initial appointment to look into a health condition I am sure that I have. Since May (over 4 months ago) I have managed to speak to a GP 3 times. It takes at least 2 weeks to give you a telephone appointment which could be anywhere from 9am to 1pm. Today they called after this window so unfortunately I missed the call after rearranging my whole working day. I phoned back within 30 mins to be told that the clinic was closed and I would have to rearrange for another appointment in 8 days time with the same large window. I’m incredibly anxious about my health condition and feel like it’s absolutely impossible to get any support from this surgery. I am an Ahp myself work for the Nhs so I appreciate that this is lack of funding but the way this surgery is run is incredibly frustrating.

    At my surgery everybody is working together and closely to make shore that my health well being is met. The are making shore that I received the right medication, enough and I am taking them correctly. I have my say in the decision making concerning my health issues.
